In addition to delivering best-in-class software solutions, we provide ongoing training opportunities, including the annual Versaterm IAPro Users Conference, specialized training symposiums and webinars.
Our Training Symposiums are free, two-day onsite sessions designed to provide basic and advanced instruction on Versaterm’s IAPro and Versaterm BlueTeam solutions. Additionally, the sessions provide opportunities for peer networking and sharing best practices.
Our elite group of trainers consists of current or former law enforcement professionals with years of service and experience withing Professional Standards/Internal Affairs units, bringing expertise and experience to each training session
Day One: We will cover basic user features for Versaterm IAPro and Versaterm BlueTeam. Students will learn how to create an incident, manage cases, review employee activity, and navigate other basic features of each program. This day is ideal for people who need/want to know the basics of each program.
Day Two: This is for people who are already familiar with Versaterm IAPro and Versaterm BlueTeam but want to take their knowledge to the next level. Students will learn about the new user interface (including how it will be released), reports, managing early intervention, and other advanced features for each program.
We are providing coffee/pastries each morning. Attendees will be responsible for getting their own lunch during the break provided.
