Three days of multi-tracked sessions are offered at each year's User Conference, with an array of classes geared from "newbie" to the most advanced users.

A wide range of new and improved features have been introduced across all of our NextGen applications since the previous year's conference, and we were excited to share them with all in attendance.
Officer wellness was an important topic of great interest to many of the attendees, with presentations by Edmonton Police Service and Ottawa Police Service covering their respective wellness programs.
A presentation by Reuben Ramirez, Assistant Chief of Police (Ret.), Dallas Police Department, described the Wellness program he developed at DPD. Chief Ramirez developed the Checkpoint Model, which develops and deploys informal leaders within the department to do wellness checkpoints on staff every time they respond to impactful calls.
Our users conference, supplemented with ongoing webinars and the popular 2-day training symposiums, are key components of our commitment to our customers of ongoing training and support.
